High School – CLYM

CLYM Webpage cover logo 600 JUNE2016

CLYM is our programming area for Junior High and High School students. Here at Curtis Lake we offer several opportunities for your teenager to get plugged in and be a part of our church family. In addition to Club during the week your teen can get connected through a  small group where they will be challenged to develop their faith in many different ways.

Young Life Club is an opportunity for High School students to connect with leaders and friends, sing songs, play games and hear about the love of Jesus and what a relationship with Him looks like in their lives.

For updates and themes of Young Life Club, follow us on Instagram @sanford_yl

We currently have two high school small group times available to our students.

Sunday: 12:15pm-1:15pm (Meet in the Kitchen!)

Wednesday Girl’s Only Group: 6:30pm-8:00pm (Meet in the Lobby with Stephanie Ellis)

There is no need to sign up for these groups, simply show up and join in the conversation!

February 2-4, 2018!

We will be going to Monadnock Bible Conference for a fun weekend away! The cost of the trip is $175 per student- scholarships are available to those families who require financial assistance!

Student Volunteers are the Key

Not only is volunteering a great way for a teen to get plugged in at Curtis Lake, but our church thrives when students volunteer in significant areas of service.  Below are a list of opportunities for teens to get involved in serving their church.

  • Serving in Nursery or Pre-School
  • Co-leading a small group in Kidz Church
  • Serving on our media/production team in both Kidz Church, the Alley, or in the Sanctuary.
  • Special event child care
  • Special event set up and clean up
  • Set build team
