Ryan began as the Lead Pastor here in Maine in 2007. Prior to serving at Curtis Lake, he was a children’s pastor in Springfield, MO and a youth pastor and assistant pastor in Massachusetts.

As Lead Pastor, he provides vision and oversight for our church and its ministries as a whole. Ryan is also our main communicator for our weekend services.

He enjoys reading, karate (he has a 4th Degree Black Belt in American Kenpo Karate), and traveling with his wife and two kids. He is also president of Vision New England, a non-profit organization that unites, equips and encourages the body of Christ in order to strengthen local churches and advance the Kingdom of God in New England.

Josh grew up in New Hampshire and joined the Curtis Lake pastoral staff in 2009. As Executive Pastor, he manages the operations and finances of the church. Josh also owns and operates Southport Printing Company in Portsmouth and is an avid golfer. He and his wife, Renée, live in Sanford with their three children.

Bill and his wife, Daisy, love kayaking and spending time with their grandchildren at their home near Lovell Lake.

Director of Spiritual Formation

Raised in California, Karen met a sailor who married her and whisked her away on a 20-year adventure that eventually brought them to Maine. Karen homeschooled her two boys and now enjoys helping people grow in their faith at Curtis Lake.
